Authorities this morning released the recording of a man who called E-911 to report he was stuck in an air vent in the Knoxville Museum of Art. Richard Anthony Smith, 25, of Knoxville called the emergency number at 4:27 a.m. Wednesday to ask for help in getting out of the air vent after his mission to defuse a nuclear device in the museum had gone "terribly wrong," according to E-911 records.
