Bathrooms are becoming increasingly popular for your to relieve your tension and stress. Bathtubs are essential for every bathroom to have. They are great for you to unwind and relax in. Many people don’t take time out of their busy schedule to take a nice and relaxing bath when they get home. Little do people know, baths are a great way of relieving stress. The bathtub styles vary from modern to traditional, the selection is endless! Whether you are on a tight budget or not, you will be able to find the perfect bathtub for your washroom.
There are two-person bathtubs available, but I don’t recommend you buying it. Two person bathtubs are obviously more expensive, they are bigger in size and they tend to use a lot of water. In the end, you will spend more money on water and energy on your next bill. If you’ve always love the romantic atmosphere bathtubs, claw foot tubs is the one you are looking for. They bring a vintage charm and feel to the atmosphere, hardwood flooring is a great match for claw foot tubs. Whether you choose want an acrylic, iron cast or whirlpool claw foot tub, it will add personality to your bathroom nevertheless. Pairing up the claw foot tub with an antique showerhead will definitely give a Victorian era feel to your bathroom.
If you want the ultimate relaxation, then you may want to consider a soft bathtub. What is a soft bathtub? A soft bathtub is a bathtub that is equipped with cushions, when hot water is added into the tub, the cushions become softer. The king of bathrooms is a whirlpool tub. The question is: which one do you want? An air jet tub or water jet tubs? If you prefer a stronger pressure, you may want to the water jet, it gives a stronger blast of water; however, there are fewer, but larger openings. There are many types of massages and sensations, but it really depends on the motor you have. The air jet tubs provide smaller water holes, but there are more holes compared to water jets. The sensations vary from gentle massages to mountain streams! With air jets, it is less noisy and you are able to take bubble baths in them too!
A great way to add romance and relaxation to a bath is by adding candles all around your bathroom. Instead of using your regular lighting during your bath, candles will save electricity and add provide a tranquil feeling. If you are using scented candles, I highly recommend you buying one scent only, it will be easier on your nose. If you happen to have a dark and dreary washroom, consider fixtures that will add more light, such as soft pot lighting. You can also select high watt bulbs for brighter lighting effect. By adding sconces to each side of the mirror, it will give you additional lighting. If there is no room either side of the mirror, you can drill through the mirror. It is best to hang the sconces at eye level and make sure you have an electrical outlet to supply the electricity. If you don’t want sconces and if you have enough space on your vanity counter top, you can add a decorative lamp.
Are you tired of storing your towels outside the washroom? One way of solving that problem is by installing a built-in cabinet to store all unnecessary clutter, such as toilet paper, hair products and of course towels. Built-in cabinets can be quite expensive, the best alternative is a towel stack, it usually looks like it towers over your toilet. The towel rack is excellent for storing toilet paper, magazines, and towels. However, it is an open rack that displays everything, keeping it tidy and neat is the key for your bathroom to look clean. If you want to hide all your hair products and other beauty essentials, you may want to consider in investing in great cabinetry, including deep drawers and wall cabinets.
The greatest thing about a big bathroom is that you have both a bathtub and a shower. Not everyone has time everyday to take a nice and relaxing bath; although, I highly recommend you take one if you can to relieve tension and stress. Showers are great to get clean quicker. If you have enough room in your bathroom, you may want to consider marking off a little piece of area for a stand shower. It is basically a small section in your bathroom taken up. If you do not have enough space, you can always add a showerhead on top of your bathtub. Bathroom fixtures can be very fun to shop around for, I recommend you researching the types of fixtures you want before purchasing it. Looking online, looking at flyers and shopping around for prices are good place to start. Comparing prices from sources are will save you money even though it requires more time. Sometimes you may find excellent deals online! Have fun with your new bathroom.
