Front Sight Firearms Training Institute and Dr. Ignatius Piazza fully understand that firearms training is not something to be taken lightly. As he took cover on the floor of his living room, the realization that the shooting could easily turn into a home invasion fomented in his mind.

After the chaos of the shooting, Dr. Piazza realized that even though he had been to a firing range several times and owned several guns, he didn't necessarily have any training that could protect himself and his family if he was ever in a position that he'd need to defend himself. This realization and subsequent determination set him on the path to getting firearms training that would surpass anything available to the average layman.

Dr. Ignatius Piazza received gun training from some of the world's finest firearms instructors. He traveled the country to receive tutelage from America's then-top-notch shooters and teachers. As he did so, he observed both as a new-comer, but also as one who would later distill all his training to a perfectly approachable method to training from any point on the ladder of skill.

After many long years, Dr. Piazza heard of the Four Weapons Combat Master Test, a extremely difficult challenge of speed, marksmanship and gun handling, that only one man had ever successfully passed in over 14 years. Although the training required for the certification was long and hard, after years of beyond-expert training, Dr. Piazza was the second man to ever attain a Four Weapons Combat Master certification.

With that secured, Dr. Piazza is and was considered one of the most capable and knowledgeable men with a firearm. With the Four Weapons Combat Master training and certification, there is very little that Dr. Piazza doesn't understand and cannot perform with a firearm. Therefore, he took all the knowledge he had collected in the years he'd been training and turned it into an approachable, applicable, fast firearms training regimen.
